LAUNCH EVENT – HEALTH COMMUNITY

With the launch of the Health Community of Practice, we complete the cycle of Community Building Sessions. The final session, which gathered more than 25 participants including EIC-supported innovators and external experts, was an opportunity showcase projects in the health sector.

The Health Community innovates in healthcare with 3D bioprinting, organoid transplants, and chip engineering. It’s at the forefront of the integration between medical biotech, neural engineering, and neuro-informatics, and the usage of AI for breakthroughs in neurosurgery and understanding neurodegenerative diseases, revolutionizing diagnostics and treatments.

Among the expectations shared, participants emphasised the need for networking, pitching, and matchmaking opportunities, as well as solutions for navigating regulatory pathways, and interactions with stakeholders such as industry representatives, end-users, regulatory bodies, and reimbursement agencies.
