FUTURE TECH WEEK 2026 OPEN CALL: DEEP-TECH PROJECTS INVITED TO TAKE THE STAGE

Under the theme “Connecting Minds, Creating Futures”, FTW26 offers a dedicated space for projects to share knowledge, engage with stakeholders, and build meaningful connections across the deep-tech ecosystem. Building on the success of FTW2025, this new edition introduces an enhanced and more personalised approach, making it even easier for projects to participate and maximise their visibility.

What’s new in FTW26

This year, the EIC Communities project is reinforcing its support structure to ensure a smooth, impactful experience for all event organisers. Among the key updates:

• Online event infrastructure provided to all participants, including registration and streaming links hosted by EIC Communities through its partner ICONS.
• Personalised guidance and enhanced visibility, ensuring each activity is promoted across the EIC Communities communication channels.
• Lunch of FTW26 on 10 December 2025, unveiling this year’s edition, the official website, and the key highlights.
• A single Info Day on 17 December 2025, offering practical advice and communication tips to help organisers prepare their sessions effectively. (REGISTER HERE)

These improvements aim to ensure that every participating project can focus on what matters most: delivering engaging, high-quality content.

How to participate

Projects wishing to take part in FTW26 are invited to visit the Future Tech Week 2026 website and complete the online form to register their proposed event. Applicants will be asked to provide:

• The type of activity they wish to organise (project presentation, webinar, workshop, panel discussion, networking session)
• A short description or topic of the event
• The contact person responsible for coordination

Once an event proposal is approved, organisers will receive a step-by-step preparation guide, practical instructions, and direct support from the FTW26 organising team.
